It's important that your training program is matched to your own athletic needs. As you change, so should your workouts. Unlike static, 'set timeframe' training plans, our coaching plans offer scheduling flexibility which will match every aspect of your life. 

GOALS
Want more power in the climbs? More podiums at a local crit series? Simply want to increase your FTP? We maximize your training toward reaching your specific goals.
APTITUDE
Whether you're a natural climber or a 'bulldozer' sprinter, we'll work with you to fine-tune your speciality and maximize your potential.
TIME
The time an athlete dedicates toward his or her sport is a personal decision. How ever many hours per week you train, we'll work with you.

TRAINING PLANS

In order to accommodate for athletes' varying needs, Veloce Coaching offers two coaching packages. The Advanced Coaching plan provides full-coverage over every aspect of an athlete's training program, combining unlimited, individualized training and racing inputs with in-person consultations and bike fitting. The Foundation Coaching package delivers the same individualized training plans but with less 'frills'. Whichever plan you choose, you'll have unlimited coaching communication, pro-analytic feedback, and individualized workouts based on your schedule and goals.
